Everything you need to know about HyperFacials — the treatment, the science, and when you can experience it.

About the Treatment

A HyperFacial is a next-generation multi-modality facial treatment that combines six advanced technologies — Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion, Hydrogen Water Infusion, Ultrasonic Skin Spatula, Aqua Tip Serum Infusion, Electroporation and LED, and Micro-Stimulation — into a single, customisable protocol. It is engineered to deliver measurable, clinically meaningful skin improvements in a single session.

Unlike traditional facials or even popular hydrating facial therapies that rely on manual techniques or just a fluid flush alongwith topical products, HyperFacials uses precision technology to work at a cellular level. Each modality is selected and sequenced by your clinician to address your specific skin concerns — whether that is clarity, quality, or repair — delivering results that are visible, measurable, and lasting.

HyperFacials is designed to address a wide range of concerns including uneven skin tone, congestion, enlarged pores, fine lines, dehydration, dullness, and early signs of ageing. The three core protocols — Skin Clarity, Skin Quality, and Skin Repair — allow clinicians to tailor every session to the individual.

A full HyperFacials session typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the protocol selected and the number of modalities used. Your clinician will advise on the recommended treatment plan during your initial consultation.

Many clients see a visible improvement after a single session. However, for optimal and lasting results, a course of 3 to 6 treatments spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart is typically recommended and can be mixed with Dermapen4 sessions in-between depending on your skin concerns and goals. This can then be continued through with a refresher session every 6 months. Your clinician will design a personalised treatment plan during your initial consultation and adjust it as your skin progresses.

HyperFacials and Million Fractional (Dermapen4) treatments are highly complementary and work powerfully in combination. Dermapen4 creates precise micro-channels in the skin that trigger the body's natural wound-healing response — stimulating collagen and elastin production at a deeper dermal level. HyperFacials then amplifies these results by preparing the skin pre-treatment with deep cleansing and exfoliation, and accelerating recovery post-treatment through its Hydrogen Water Infusion, targeted serum infusion via Aqua Tip, and LED and Electroporation modalities. Together, they address both surface-level concerns and deeper structural remodelling — delivering a more comprehensive result than either treatment achieves alone. Many clinicians recommend HyperFacials as the ideal pre- and post-care protocol for Dermapen4 fractional sessions.

Safety & Suitability

Yes. HyperFacials has been developed with inclusivity in mind and is suitable for all Fitzpatrick skin types. Each protocol is customisable, allowing clinicians to adjust intensity and modality selection to suit sensitive, reactive, or compromised skin.

HyperFacials is a non-invasive treatment with no required downtime. Most clients experience a healthy glow immediately after the session. Some mild redness may occur in sensitive skin types, which typically resolves within a few hours.

HyperFacials is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have active skin infections, open wounds, or certain medical implants in the treatment area. Your clinician will conduct a thorough consultation and skin assessment prior to treatment to confirm suitability.

Hydrogen Water Infusion delivers molecular hydrogen (H₂) directly into the skin. H₂ is the smallest molecule in existence, allowing it to penetrate deeply and selectively neutralise harmful free radicals without disrupting beneficial cellular processes. It is clinically studied, non-toxic, and well-tolerated by all skin types.
